Lori Wisniewski
Artist Lori Wisniewski of Once Upon a Time creates unique, one-of-a-kind steampunk jewelry and artwork from watch parts. Lori started crafting as a child back in her hometown of Fredonia, NY around the age of 8. She would create and sell plaster magnets, shell magnets & face painted at the local Farm Festival. Lori learned ceramics in college and has always considered herself a creative person. As an adult, she found a love of flea marketing and searching for vintage costume jewelry. One day while treasure hunting she came across a bag of antique watch parts. Lori fell in love and gradually her jewelry evolved into upcycled steampunk jewelry in resin. Imagine where all of these watch parts have been throughout their time here on earth. Lori says "Breathing fresh life into these gears, cogs, and wheels is my passion as I create one-of-a-kind art for you to wear. Wear a little piece of history!"
